Take overall delivery responsibility for key projects, ensuring they meet the objectives defined in the broader Program and Portfolio Strategy
Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met
Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives
Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups
Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans
Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions
Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control
Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting
Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness
Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success
Contribute wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the wider team enhancing the organisations project management capabilities
Focus Areas: multiple projects focused on supply chain asset digitization including build/develop capabilities (concept to prototype and pilot), expansion/deployment (scale-up to business-as-usual), and value enablement through supply chain insights
Requirements
5+ years of project/programme management experience
Ideally in fast-paced, complex global matrix environments
Strong communicator, confident engaging and challenging senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage broad stakeholder groups across global teams
Skilled in delivering programmes that span development and build phases
Industry experience in FMCG, engineering, or supply chain preferred
Familiarity with global delivery
Able to navigate ambiguity and drive accountability in dynamic settings
Project management experience in technical, engineering, and/or plant operations environments in a fast-paced supply chain context desired
Resource management planning
Project management within a global program, collaborating with multi-region stakeholders to deliver goals
Investment proposal and business case development and support
Risk identification and impact analysis, with mitigation plan development and support
