Communications

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with C-Suite and broader leadership team
• Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan aligned with company vision, mission, and product positioning
• Work cross-functionally with Human Resources, Marketing, Product, R&D and Leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery
• Produce employee communications across a variety of channels and manage the editorial calendar
• Maintain internal communications: write stories, shoot videos, and contribute to the intranet
• Support leadership and company meetings by crafting messaging, agendas, speaker selection, and logistics
• Develop the strategic narrative and thought leadership strategy leveraging executives, customers, mission partners, and proprietary research
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand Studio to ensure consistent narrative representation
• Partner with C-Suite on thought leadership and brand evangelism; build a strong culture of collaboration to engage and inspire employees
