Media Manager – FTC

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain OPEX and CAPEX trackers and assist with month end, budget and forecasting
• Attend monthly tracker review meetings with the Finance Manager and cost centre budget holders to ensure expenditure is being recognised accurately

• Validate month end journal postings to ensure accuracy in Global Marketing accounts

Finance Analyst – Global Marketing

Designer

• You will be working alongside the Store Design team to help translate Charlotte’s vision and unique expertise into retail theatre.
• Support SD managers with project admin including POs and Terms Sheets to be shared with Global stakeholders in Tax, Legal and Procurement to ensure approval and alignment
• Work with VM team ahead of new door launches to ensure the most up to date VM plates and graphics are ordered and delivered to contractors on time, all new counter details are logged in the relevant databases, launch deck is completed and shared with retail teams ahead of set-up
• Manage maintenance reports from the retail team across the TR UK, EU and Middle East regions and ensure reports are responded to and followed up to resolution via our maintenance suppliers, work within forecasted budget and track spending accurately, flagging any risk of overspend to line manager
• Align with SD, VM and Retail/Commercial team to ensure enough team members are allocated for new door opening support, arrange pass access for all attendees via retailers or third-parties as applicable
• For each new door opening, liaise with local retailer teams to clarify delivery routes and booking-in processes for the initial shop-fit installation and ongoing VM campaign updates
• Raise and track POs for all owned spending, assist in managing budget operations to ensure financial efficiency and compliance

Store Design Executive – Travel Retail

Customer Support

• Communicate with customers courteously and efficiently by email and telephone
• Ensure all enquiries are resolved effectively and in a timely manner, meeting department SLA's
• Provide product information and offer order assistance to help the e-commerce department achieve sales goals

Senior Customer Care Operations Advisor

Account Executive

• Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, gathering and sharing key retail context, category information and individual store performance detail to identify retail opportunities.
• Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers.
• Support the NAM on all net and retail sales forecasting for defined retailers/regions, meeting all financial deadlines, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
• Monitor, manage, and optimise net sales performance: ensure proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Customer Supply Chain.
• Lead the effective monitoring of retailers’ inventory to deliver 100% on shelf availability across all retail partners, working closely with Supply Chain and the in-region stock managers.
• Undertake adhoc reporting and analysis in response to business needs.
• Establish and maintain amazing relationships with all key retail partners, including with Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is regarded as a collaborative and proactive trading partner.
• Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the successful launch of all NPD throughout the year, submitting required operational forms in a timely manner and selling in sufficient stock to deliver against targets.

• Support the NAM, working closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design, in the creation and delivery of an annual plan for each retailer covering: activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention.
• Establish yourself as the go-to within the commercial team for all stock and allocation related queries coming from customer supply chain and other operational functions.
• Work closely with finance to align on retail and net forecasts as well as weekly net sales updates, forecast phasing and outlooks, flagging risk and opportunities.

National Account Executive

Analyst

• Own and maintain digital tracking implementation across app and web, primarily in Snowplow and GTM
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure new features, customer journeys, and experiments are measured clearly and consistently.
• Maintain and quality-assure GTM configurations, including relevant third-party tags.
• Gather measurement and reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear tracking, QA, and reporting-ready implementation requirements.
• Work with analysts, engineers, and data partners to ensure events are tracked, validated, and modelled appropriately for reporting and analysis.
• Support teams in understanding and using web and app reports effectively.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through requirements gathering, implementation guidance, knowledge sharing, and measurement support.

Senior Digital Implementation Analyst – App, Web

• Lead and coordinate quality activities for new NPD projects
• Design and evaluate stability and compatibility studies and other relevant tests
• Define defects range boards for finished goods, review and approval of product specifications, attendance to line trials and approval of trial reports, review and sign-off of development samples and mass production samples.
• Issuance of internal finished goods specification
• Review and issuing of Certificates of Analysis and other QC documentation on a weekly basis for international markets such as India, Indonesia, US, etc..
