Lead the management of PMO capital and operational budgets, including approvals, funding, forecasting, and variance analysis
Serve as the primary liaison for IT cost centers in capital budget planning and tracking
Provide training and process support to stakeholders involved in budget activities
Facilitate monthly portfolio planning sessions by coordinating inputs, tracking actions, and ensuring continuity across teams
Support PMO leadership in aligning project delivery with strategic goals and timelines
Ensure accuracy of recurring dashboards, reports, and executive share-outs through regular data audits
Collaborate with project managers to resolve data discrepancies and escalate persistent issues
Maintain and evolve PMO libraries, templates, and metrics to reflect best practices and methodology updates
Lead initiatives that enhance PMO delivery efficiency and budget adherence
Requirements
Three or more years of experience in IT financial management, project coordination, budgeting, or related fields such as fundraising, supplier management, or communications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications or a related field
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
Experience with PMO tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Oracle Financials, and Smartsheet
Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
