Making job offers and preparing and sending out the offer package.
Assist with the printing and organization of HR-related documentation and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Develop, recommend and implement human resources processes in the area of recruitment and retention.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related records.
Requirements
Fluent English is a must.
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish (knowledge of English is a plus).
Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
