About the role

  • Own and lead recruiting for team building out Product teams from start to finish.
  • Shape talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent and increase talent density rapidly.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns.
  • Refine search to ensure deep penetration of the Product talent pool.
  • Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Drive high-velocity execution of Product recruitment work-streams.
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with Product leaders to increase talent density while reducing Time To Hire.
  • Optimize process to create exceptional candidate experience.
  • Work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for US venture and growth clients.

Requirements

  • Passion for scaling high-performing teams building technology products that can change the world.
  • Strong experience building Product functions for high-velocity venture and growth stage B2B SaaS companies.
  • High agency; you navigate culture and influence stakeholders to remove blocks.
  • High resilience; you understand hiring is probabilistic, and how you respond to set backs is more important than any single failure.
  • Grit; you think deeply and reflect on problems before proposing solutions, but then execute them rapidly.
  • Ability to shape talent strategy, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for venture and growth clients.
  • Experience conducting deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns and refining search to penetrate Product talent pools.
  • Data-driven mindset: analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; collaborate with Product leaders to reduce Time To Hire and increase talent density.
  • Optimize processes to create exceptional candidate experience.
  • Based in or able to work hybrid in Zürich, Switzerland.
