Strategy and implementation of a Field Marketing Plan to drive Commercial pipeline and bookings growth for Germany and Austria.
Drive high-impact campaigns and programs, continually test and evaluate success, and adjust plans as needed.
Generate high-quality pipeline and opportunities, accelerate the sales cycle, and build/strengthen customer relationships and preference for the Pure Storage brand, directly and through partners.
Collaborate with Regional leadership, Pure Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, partners, distributors, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with company strategy.
Serve as the primary marketing resource for the Regional Commercial Sales and Regional Partner teams.
Develop relationships with route-to-market channels, including resellers and alliance partners, to scale market reach and impact.
Plan and manage Pure's marketing development funds (MDF) with Partner Account Managers and Focus Partners, focusing on new business growth.
Assist partners with the MDF portal, pre-approval, claim processes, and collaborate with finance for timely payments.
Implement and leverage global campaigns with field and corporate marketing teams and drive program adoption in the region.
Foster cross-team collaboration among Field Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, Partner Marketing and Agencies.
Continuously track program performance using data and report results to senior stakeholders and focus partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the local region.
Demonstrate operational excellence in managing marketing programs, procurement processes, and regional marketing and MDF budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the marketing field with 5+ years experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
Experience working with and marketing with partners and alliances and in planning, executing and reporting impact on joint demand generation initiatives.
Experience organizing local and regional events for demand generation.
Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities and a hunger to learn and grow.
