About the role
- Website relaunch: bringing our positioning to life
- Together with our management team and external specialists, you will design our new website – from information architecture through messaging and basic UX to go-live.
- You will manage agencies and developers, keep timelines on track, and ensure that our positioning as a "Strategic General Contractor" is evident on every page.
- Your impact: the website is our digital showcase and often the first touchpoint for CIOs and IT decision-makers. You will shape how prospective clients perceive and understand us.
- Case studies: making execution excellence visible
- You will develop case studies with external content partners that bring our projects to life – from interviewing project participants to final publication. You will turn technical achievements (85+ migrated applications, <45 minutes downtime) into compelling narratives.
- LinkedIn campaigns: establishing thought leadership
- You will develop and plan LinkedIn campaigns (paid & organic) that showcase our expertise. You will define target audiences, create creatives and copy, build landing pages, and track performance.
- Brand consistency: embedding our positioning
- You will work closely with our management to ensure our positioning ("Strategic General Contractor", "Single Point of Accountability", "Zero Disruption") is consistently communicated across all marketing assets.
Requirements
- Passion for marketing: You are studying marketing, communications, media studies, business administration with a marketing focus, business informatics, or a related field – and you are passionate about B2B marketing, content strategy, and storytelling.
- Language skills: You write excellently in German (C1+) and very well in English. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive copy.
- Organizational skills: You juggle multiple projects at once, manage external service providers confidently, and keep deadlines and quality in check.
- Availability: You can commit 12–20 hours per week and are available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
- B2B marketing experience: Initial experience in B2B marketing (content, social media, campaigns) – ideally with tech or IT topics – is a plus but not required.
- Tool knowledge: Basic skills with tools like Canva/Adobe, CMS (e.g., Webflow/WordPress), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools are helpful. If you don’t have them, we’ll teach you.
- Tech affinity: Interest in IT topics and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts will help you communicate our projects more effectively.
- Creativity and strategic thinking: You see marketing not as just "creating posts" but as a strategic tool for positioning and growth.
- Hands‑on mentality: You take initiative, are proactive, and find solutions instead of excuses.
- Willingness to learn: You want to learn B2B marketing from the ground up – in an environment where every project is unique.
