• 승리 방식을 표준화합니다. 딜 프레임, 제안서/SoW, 패키지, 가격/승인체계를 템플릿화해 반복 가능한 딜 구조를 만듭니다.
• Land → Expand를 엔진화합니다. 도입→가치실현→확장 시나리오를 설계해 NRR 기반 성장을 만듭니다.

• Propose tailored strategies to maximize product utility according to client needs. Design comprehensive business funnels that bridge the gap from new user acquisition to retention by integrating ad solutions.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications for internal Dev/Product teams, ensuring local market feedback is reflected in the product roadmap.
• Take full ownership of the customer success lifecycle—including contract management, renewals, and technical support—to maximize satisfaction for enterprise clients.
