Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7~12년 차의 CX 실무 또는 CX 운영·기획 경험
  • B2B 솔루션 제안·프리세일즈 또는 사업 개발(BD)로 엔터프라이즈 딜을 직접 수주·클로징 해 본 경험
  • 고객사, 특히 대형 고객사(엔터프라이즈)의 C-Level·의사결정권자 를 대상으로 제안·설득해 도입 의사결정을 이끌어 낸 경험
