About the role
- Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support and oversight of contractor personnel
- Oversee administrative/logistical support, notify Government of schedule changes, work assignments, coverage, and work location changes
- Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff
- Coordinate administrative activities for arrival of new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and administrative units
- Mentor and assist new team members and address performance/personnel issues
- Manage client expectations and deliverables; clearly and timely communicate with clients and COR
- Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management
- Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support full life cycle management of assigned resources
- Participate in teleconferences and meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
- Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks
- Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with providing information to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications
- Oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenances; review system and application logs and related reports to verify job completion
- Review and report technical assessments including tasks, estimated time frames, and effort
- Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery processes and Microsoft Exchange administration
- Oversee administration and support of Windows Server environments and network services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP)
- Oversee Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), and network architecture
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and execution of reports and deliverables with the COR and OGC Government Leads
- Ensure operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements
- Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules; monitor employee performance and productivity
- Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions; prepare, review and submit required reports
- Provide timekeeping, invoicing, cost and staffing estimates; ensure program/project schedules, performance and deliverables are met
Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance required
- Experience with Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry-recognized review platforms
- System administration of Microsoft Exchange (2019 and 2022)
- Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 in large physical and virtual infrastructures
- Experience with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
- Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS)
- Contractor staff management and supervision experience
- Program/project management, scheduling, milestone tracking, and cost/staffing estimation
- Timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel, and ODCs
- Ability to ensure 24/7 operational coverage and manage client/COR interactions
- Ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences and develop training programs
