Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support, including schedules, assignments, coverage, and daily documentation
Oversee administrative logistical support and notify Government of schedule/work location changes
Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff and handle timekeeping/invoicing
Coordinate arrival/onboarding activities with FBI security, IT, and administrative units
Mentor and assist new team members and address performance/personnel issues
Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timely communication with clients
Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management
Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise across the full life cycle of assigned resources
Participate in teleconferences/meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and clerical/IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Assist with information for Change Requests and Contract Modifications and provide cost/staffing estimates
Oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenances and review system/application logs to verify job completion
Oversee Veritas eDiscovery v10 or industry review platform processes
Oversee system administration of Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments
Oversee performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories and Discovery IT infrastructure
Oversee cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and network architecture and report technical assessments
Ensure compliance with contract terms; work with COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute reports and deliverables
Ensure operational coverage to meet 24/7/365 requirements and enforce work standards
Develop and implement training programs, remedial actions, and quality assurance processes
Prepare, review, and submit required reports and communicate policies, goals, and findings to stakeholders

Experience reviewing system/application logs and verifying scheduled job completion (backups)
Experience developing and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Experience preparing technical assessments, estimates, and reports
Experience ensuring 24/7 operational coverage and enforcing work standards
