Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support and oversee administrative logistical support for the contract
Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff
Coordinate administrative activities associated with arrival of new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and other administrative units
Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks and address performance or personnel issues
Manage client expectations and deliverables; participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across stakeholders
Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support full life cycle management of resources
Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks; develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Assist with Change Requests and Contract Modifications; oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenances
Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Review and report technical assessments including required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for projects
Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery v10 or other review platform processes
Oversee system administration of Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments
Oversee performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP directories; oversee Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and network architecture
Work collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute reports and deliverables; provide cost and staffing estimates
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas 24/7/365; formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules
Prepare, review and submit required reports; provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs; ensure program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met
Maintain qualified and certified contractor workforce; resolve problems, issues or conflicts and prioritize tasks based on Government direction and best practices
Requirements
Top Secret clearance required (Top Secret Clearance Required)
eDiscovery subject matter expertise
Experience with Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry-recognized review platforms
System administration of Microsoft Exchange (2019 and 2022)
Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) in large physical and virtual infrastructures
Experience with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP-compliant directories
Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS)
