Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V
Provide technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information services under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V
Assist in planning and program development, analyze records or docket management problems, and design strategies to address ongoing records management needs
Perform response to inquiries, collection maintenance and retrieval tasks, metadata review and input, and equipment maintenance
Use automated information systems, such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS), for records and docket management
Support RIM education and/or experience initiatives
Requirements
Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V
At Level IV, the personnel must have at least seven (7) years of records management experience.
Experience with at least one automated information system is required.
Provides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information service under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V.
May assist in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs.
Specific technical duties may include response to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; and use of automated information systems such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS).
A college degree is preferred but not required.
