Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V
Provide technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information service under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V
Assist in planning and program development, analyze records or docket management problems, and design strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs
Respond to inquiries and perform collection maintenance and retrieval tasks
Review and input metadata, perform equipment maintenance, and operate automated information systems (e.g., FDMS)
Support Records Information Management (RIM) education and training efforts
Requirements
Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V
Provides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information service under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V
May assist in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs
Specific technical duties: response to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; use of automated information systems such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS)
At Level IV, the personnel must have at least seven (7) years of records management experience
Experience with at least one automated information system is required
A college degree is preferred but not required
