Compliance

• Responsible for tracking, coordinating, and supporting regulatory inspections, safety equipment compliance, and training requirements across Centerline Gulf coast operations
• Ensure vessels maintain current certifications, safety-critical equipment is serviced and replaced on schedule
• Ensure all relevant parties are coordinated and informed
• Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for USCG inspections, ABS/BV class surveys, drydock and special surveys, and other regulatory events across the Gulf Coast
• Manage and attend regulatory inspections including tracking dates and preparing for inspections
• Issue advance notice to operations, dispatch, port engineers, and vessel crews for upcoming inspections and renewals

Marine Compliance and Regulatory Coordinator

• Responsible for tracking, coordinating, and supporting regulatory inspections, safety equipment compliance, and training requirements across Centerline Logistics' San Pedro, CA and Alameda, CA subsidiaries
• Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for USCG inspections, ABS/BV class surveys, drydock and special surveys, and other regulatory events across the Pacific Coast fleet
• Track inspection dates, certificate expirations, survey windows, outstanding USCG deficiencies, and ABS/BV conditions of class for all assigned vessels
• Issue advance notice to operations, dispatch, port engineers, and vessel crews for upcoming inspections and certificate renewals; coordinate scheduling with USCG and class surveyors
• Ensure all vessel paperwork and certificates are current and in order prior to inspections; review USCG documentation for accuracy and initiate amendments when errors are identified
• Track all inspection findings, USCG deficiencies, and ABS/BV conditions of class from issuance through closure
• Coordinate with port engineers, vessel crews, and operations to ensure corrective actions are assigned and completed within required timeframes; maintain a running log by vessel, responsible party, and due date
• Follow up proactively to prevent findings from aging past resolution dates; support submission of corrective action documentation to USCG or class as required
• Track and coordinate scheduled service, exchange, and inspection of life rafts, immersion suits, and offshore medical kits
• Track and coordinate annual fire system inspections including CO2 hydrostatic testing and SCBA flow tests; schedule USCG A1 and A3 inspections with the appropriate service provider
• Track and purchase pyrotechnics, EPIRBs, SARTs, AED batteries and pads, and associated equipment in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain complete records of all safety equipment service, exchange, and purchase activity
• Track crew and shoreside training compliance including Learning Management System assignments and HAZWOPER certifications; identify upcoming expirations and notify relevant parties in advance
• Maintain training records and generate compliance status reports for leadership as directed
• Draft routine correspondence to USCG sector offices and ABS on behalf of the Company, including re-inspection requests, extension requests, and responses to deficiency notices, for review and sign-off by Management
• Maintain complete and organized records for all vessels including certificates of inspection, survey reports, class certificates, safety equipment service records, and regulatory correspondence
• Enter and maintain inspection and compliance records in the CMMS system; ensure records are current and accurately reflect vessel compliance status
• Generate regular compliance status reports for leadership covering open findings, upcoming inspections, certificate expirations, and safety equipment schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Procurement

• Responsible for establishing company-wide purchasing policies and procedures.
• Identifying acceptable terms, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor quality.
• Managing purchasing agents and guiding overall direction and material control functions.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Structure, hire and manage procurement team, setting expectations and goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Manage the activities of the purchase order users and provide training as needed.
• Oversee system improvements/training to ensure a smooth process from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best combination of price, quality, quantity, delivery and supplier responsiveness.
• Solicit and analyze quotations for stock materials and supplies.
• Review supply requisitions and coordinate with requesting department to clarify requirements.
• Prepare regular vendor reports detailing supplier performance regarding service, price and quality.

Director of Procurement

Project Manager

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tank cleaning operations
• Lead and supervise project teams, including laborers, lead man, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure all tank cleaning activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Identify new project opportunities with existing and prospective clients to support revenue growth
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project budgets and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes

Operations

• Assist various departments with scheduling and coordinating flow work for Leo Marine vessels as directed by personnel during nights and weekends.
• Answer incoming calls to main line and transfer as needed.
• Coordinate operational needs with Manager, day to day.
• Regularly patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, accidents, presence of unauthorized persons, suspicious activities, or unusual occurrences; submit these daily reports to direct supervisor.
• Adhere to and understand Centerline Logistics’ operating policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Evening & Weekend Operations Coordinator

Business Operations

• Own operations-related business processes end-to-end, define target-state workflows, and drive standardization, automation, and cross-functional consistency.
• Gather, refine, and translate business needs into clear requirements, while prioritizing work based on business value, dependencies, and program timelines.
• Maintain and manage the enhancement and transformation backlog as the business lead for operations workstreams.
• Support discovery and solution design through requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and participation in key planning activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT by facilitating workshops, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability for system outcomes.
• Drive user adoption and operational readiness through training, documentation, change management, and post-implementation feedback.
• Ensure operations processes produce accurate, reliable data and partner with data and integration resources to define requirements, support reporting, and advance governance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
