About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tank cleaning operations
Lead and supervise project teams, including laborers, lead man, supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure all tank cleaning activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Identify new project opportunities with existing and prospective clients to support revenue growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project budgets and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial cleaning, oil & gas, or environmental services
Strong understanding of tank cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
Ability to obtain TWIC card
40-hour Hazwoper preferred
