About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tank cleaning operations
- Lead and supervise project teams, including laborers, lead man, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure all tank cleaning activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Identify new project opportunities with existing and prospective clients to support revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project budgets and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial cleaning, oil & gas, or environmental services
- Strong understanding of tank cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to obtain TWIC card
- 40-hour Hazwoper preferred
