About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tank cleaning operations
  • Lead and supervise project teams, including laborers, lead man, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure all tank cleaning activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Identify new project opportunities with existing and prospective clients to support revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure that expenses remain within approved limits
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial cleaning, oil & gas, or environmental services
  • Strong understanding of tank cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to obtain TWIC card
  • 40-hour Hazwoper preferred
