About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own operations-related business processes end-to-end, define target-state workflows, and drive standardization, automation, and cross-functional consistency.
Gather, refine, and translate business needs into clear requirements, while prioritizing work based on business value, dependencies, and program timelines.
Maintain and manage the enhancement and transformation backlog as the business lead for operations workstreams.
Support discovery and solution design through requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and participation in key planning activities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT by facilitating workshops, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability for system outcomes.
Drive user adoption and operational readiness through training, documentation, change management, and post-implementation feedback.
Ensure operations processes produce accurate, reliable data and partner with data and integration resources to define requirements, support reporting, and advance governance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with operational systems implementations or major system transformations (required)
Strong functional expertise in one or more operations domains
Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, HR, and other business teams
Business process design and optimization
Requirements gathering and documentation
Stakeholder management and facilitation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Experience with operations platforms and business applications
Business process frameworks and operational workflows
Data, reporting, and integration concepts
Familiarity with testing (UAT), release cycles, and system lifecycle
