Events

• Works with cross functional groups to produce materials and supplies for event delivery including printed materials, assessments, publications, inventoried items, and more.
• Coordinates on and off-site event logistics including classroom design and setup, breakout rooms, experiential space, transportation and meals; set up and break down of meeting rooms, AV equipment and other required technology.
• Serves as logistical liaison for participants and the delivery team.
• Communicates regularly with the event delivery team to ensure clarity of status and to highlight any potential issues or needed mitigation strategies.
• Analyzes participant data to make peer and coach feedback assignments.
• Partners with event delivery team to make decisions during event preparation and delivery.
• Serves as principal day-to-day contact for the delivery team to meet the needs of the group.
• Responsible for event closure by participating in end of event debrief, documenting quality issues, ensure 100% evaluation completion, breakdown physical classroom space, return unused inventory, process and email evaluation report to delivery team.

• Own accurate, timely issuance of compensation and work-assignment documentation for all faculty and coaching engagements on Internal CRM and PO Tools

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for directing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for CCL Global Markets including the creation of business plans, annual budgets, ongoing forecasts, monthly reporting and analytics
• Provide analytical expertise and on-going insight into overall financial and operational performance
• Oversee management reporting and financial business intelligence for the Global Markets group as well as ongoing financial and investment analysis
• Work with a team responsible for various components of the month, quarter and year-end accounting close processes as well as financial and analytical support for the business
• Direct accounting and reporting of various grants and member designated funds
• Direct, plan and coordinate annual operating for the Global Markets lines of businesses and cost centers

• Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for CCL globally.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices and manage vendor setup and maintenance.
• Own end-to-end AR operations including billing, collections follow-through, cash allocations, and reconciliations.
• Independently prepare, reconcile, and own period-end account schedules; post journal entries and support the close process.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to US GAAP, internal control frameworks, and support audit activities.
• Execute finance operations in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Partner with global Controllers & tax team, cross-functional business teams and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate data updates.
