About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for CCL globally.
Process PO and Non-PO invoices and manage vendor setup and maintenance.
Own end-to-end AR operations including billing, collections follow-through, cash allocations, and reconciliations.
Independently prepare, reconcile, and own period-end account schedules; post journal entries and support the close process.
Ensure all transactions adhere to US GAAP, internal control frameworks, and support audit activities.
Execute finance operations in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); identify workflow inefficiencies.
Partner with global Controllers & tax team, cross-functional business teams and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate data updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business or Finance from a reputed university.
3–5 years of progressive experience in finance operations & AP/AR.
Proven track record in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Service environment.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
Advanced MS Excel skills and Data analytics skills.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O is highly preferred.
A solid understanding of internal control frameworks and global audit requirements.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
