Sales Development Rep

• Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through the Censys sales process
• Respond promptly to inbound prospects in line with established SLAs, ensuring each is properly qualified and prioritized
• Create sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives based on Censys’s qualification criteria

• Own and manage the company’s website including content, UX, and landing page creation to drive conversions

Digital Marketing Manager

Engineer

• Work within the Censys dataset to primarily fingerprint software and services in the Censys Internet Intelligence Platform
• Research and develop custom fingerprints against Censys scan data to further enrich and contextualize services and infrastructure
• Consult with the Data engineering team for implementing possible changes to scanning targets, payloads, and collection of data to increase fidelity and accuracy of identification
• Coordinate with Go-to-Market and Sales teams to facilitate researching and fingerprinting of emerging vulnerabilities, threats, and high-priority detections
• Deploy "Risks" in the Attack Surface Management product (alerts for ASM customers) and provide guidance on building/scaling tooling and frameworks
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage of high-impact, critical security vulnerabilities
• Work with research team to label C2 at scale, discover anomalies across infrastructure, and interpret patterns and limitations of the rules engine

Product Detection Engineer

• Lead teams that build and maintain Censys’ platform services (Authentication, Entitlements, RBAC, API, etc.) and web applications built on top of our Internet Map
• Chart the path for AI integration across the platform, enabling conversational workflows, automated summaries, intelligent recommendations, and predictive insights
• Drive the creation of a multi-client platform that supports enterprises, MSSPs, and ecosystem integrations with cybersecurity vendors and business applications
• Lay the foundation for marketplaces, community portals, and collaboration platforms that will grow the Censys ecosystem

• Business owner of Censys’ top-of-funnel pipeline; set strategy, lead execution, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver predictable growth.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and serve as the primary point of contact for all SDR performance updates, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive global pipeline strategy, generation, and quality to support ARR goals.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing SDR team with clear career paths and comp plans that motivate.
• Own SDR tools, workflows, and playbooks to maximize efficiency and predictability.
• Advance how SDRs leverage AI in prospecting, pipeline creation, and reporting.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to develop pipeline KPI’s and insights on SDR performance and pipeline trends.
