Revenue Operations

• Own marketing data operations: support campaign operations by managing lead list imports, workflow creation, prospect segmentation, and database hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Campaign reporting: build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and pipeline influence.
• Tech stack management: administer and optimize marketing and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, and others), ensuring clean integrations and reliable data flow.
• Ad hoc analysis: run data pulls and generate reports to support marketing, sales, and leadership decisions.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive tasks in our marketing workflows.

RevOps Analyst – Marketing Operations

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and own backend APIs and gRPC services that integrate data from multiple internal teams and systems in a clean, well-architected manner
• Build and evolve real-time and near–real-time backend services and data pipelines that power Exposure Management and Attack Surface Management products
• Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance automation, accelerate development workflows, and improve customer-facing intelligence
• Partner closely with Product and other Engineering teams to prioritize features, influence the Exposure Management roadmap, and deliver customer value on tight timelines
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentorship, and setting a high bar for code quality, performance, and operational reliability
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD workflows, including testing, monitoring, alerting, and deployment, to ensure services are production-ready and observable

Senior Software Engineer, Exposure Management

Events

• Support and execute the global event strategy across key regions and audience segments.
• Oversee event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, swag distribution, and onsite operations.
• Manage Censys’s presence at large-scale industry conferences, partner events, and targeted regional activations.
• Provide on-site event support including booth setup, run-of-show management, and demo facilitation.
• Drive pre- and post-event processes: campaign setup, attendee engagement, lead capture, and follow-up.
• Equip teams with updated enablement materials, talking points, and event resources.
• Support the global Censys webinar program from planning through measurement.
• Manage webinar logistics and campaign execution, including Zoom setup, promotions, and registration workflows in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Marketing, and Content teams to develop engaging, high-value topics.
• Partner with external vendors for sponsored and co-marketing webinars.
• Track and report webinar performance to inform future program improvements.
• Maintain an ongoing global webinar calendar aligned to core demand priorities.

Events Marketing Manager

• Serve as the cornerstone of Censys' effort to build the most comprehensive understanding of the Internet.
• Lead a team and our strategy to tactically fingerprint software and devices that are susceptible to attack via configuration errors and vulnerabilities as well as roadmap future efforts in active vulnerability testing.
• Research and develop custom fingerprints against Censys scan data to further enrich and contextualize services and infrastructure running on the Internet.
• Consult with the Data engineering team for implementing possible changes to scanning targets, payloads, and collection of data to further increase the fidelity and accuracy of identification of software and hardware versions and models.
• Coordinate with our Go-to-Market and Sales teams to facilitate researching and fingerprinting of emerging vulnerabilities, threats, and high-priority detections.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage of hi-impact, critical security vulnerabilities
