Full-stack Engineer

• The Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer will provide technical leadership and swift resolution for all manufacturing issues pertaining to the cabin pressure controller cell within an aerospace manufacturing environment subject to ITAR.
• Perform design of experiments (DOE) in support of root correction actions (RCCA).
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and equipment documentation to efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve faults.
• Partner with technicians and colleagues to drive troubleshooting efficiency and support operational throughput.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with technicians, supervisors, engineering management, and all relevant stakeholders to resolve production and test issues.

• Uphold all actions and documentation to ensure compliance with ITAR and related export control requirements.

Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process – Contract

QA Engineer

• Lead the testing and validation of power electronics through EVT/DVT phases, owning the full test plan generation and validation strategy.
• Master the use of oscilloscopes and precision equipment to measure subtle signals and nanovolt-level noise in high-power environments (up to several kilowatts).
• Design and develop integrated test solutions (hardware and software) including high-level architecture, system integration, qualification, and installation.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Linux to remotely configure test equipment, microcontrollers, and CPUs.
• Establish a rigorous culture of data organization and indexing for historical test results to enable rapid debugging.
• Manage measurement integrity by identifying if issues stem from design flaws, parasitic interference, grounding loops, or soldering quality.
• Develop technical proposals, cost BOMs, and hour estimates based on customer requirements and design specifications.
• Drive alignment in internal meetings with Program Managers (EPMs) and act as the primary technical contact for power vendors.
