About the role

  • Develop relationships with customers to help them maximize their CRM, mine their customer base and find more opportunities
  • Work with dealers to help support their marketing plans while helping them increase sales, gross profit and deliver results
  • Create leads and seek opportunities to present email and call center campaigns
  • Work cohesively with the Call Center, Graphic Design and Data teams to ensure the customers’ expectations are met
  • Become the subject matter expert in Call Center and Email Marketing solutions
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, present solutions, close sales and ensure that the monthly goals are met
  • This is a remote opportunity with the ability to live anywhere in the continental United States
  • Uncover dealer needs and present the appropriate solution
  • Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
  • 90% Client time via phone calls and video conferences
  • Campaign Outreach and Follow Up
  • Develop leads and generate new opportunities
  • Communication with internal and external partners
  • Daily communication with manager and weekly 1:1 meeting
  • Ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through: Continual customer engagement and follow up
  • Product and industry knowledge
  • Become a student of the industry always willing to learn and adapt
  • Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions and provide accurate weekly forecast to your manager
  • Manage deals within financial parameters

Requirements

  • The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ sales experience – inside or outside – preferably in SaaS technology sales
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Preferred: Automotive experience
  • Preferred: Database/ Equity mining knowledge
  • Preferred: Elead CRM knowledge
