• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Review resumes/applications and interviews candidates for all open positions
• Take responsibility for matching staff with existing client needs
• Maintain a database to track applicants and the placement of staff on cases
• Attend college and community job fairs to fill recruitment pipeline
• Perform educational credentialing to verify the veracity of application materials
• Conduct new hire sign-in to orient new staff to organizational policy and procedure
• Maintain employee recognition programs
• Collect and analyzes hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
