• Maintain and update orientation materials as platform features and policies evolve.

Instructional Designer

Consultant

• BC-ABA needs throughout Delaware County, PA.
• BC-ABA clinicians may work during school, after-school, and evening hours depending on County program needs.

• Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
• Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills for school, home & community settings.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and/or school.
• Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
• Manage cases typically authorized 2-3 hours per week per client and build a caseload of multiple clients.

Behavior Consultant, ABA

Therapist

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy in the home environment
• Provide insight into family dynamics and provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills
• Provide clinical progress notes and development of psychotherapy plan
• Work after-school/early evening hours, usually with 1 - 2 hours per week for each client's family
• Ability to build a caseload of multiple clients

Mobile Therapist

• Facilitate and provide direct therapeutic interventions consisting of group and individual therapy
• Develop treatment plans and design and implement effective interventions and strategies to promote therapeutic recovery
• Complete required documentation such as treatment and discharge plans, psycho-social history, daily progress notes, insurance forms
• Maintain close communication with the student's guardians to monitor and promote progress
• Provide school-based services at educational entities throughout Chester County, PA
• Work 7.5 paid hours per day following the academic calendar year

School-Based Mental Health Therapist

Analyst

• Full-time contract school-based BCBA needed for 5 days in the Middle School within Kennett Consolidated School District.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
• Conduct 2 social skill classes.

School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

• BCBA supporting 3 Middle Schools in Neshaminy School District
• Full school day following the academic calendar year

• Work on assignment through West Shore School District's Aspiring Educators and Future School Careers Program
• Provide hands-on experiences across various school roles to inform career choices
• Dress appropriately, arrive on time, and conduct themselves as role models for younger students
• Show initiative by asking how they can assist their supervising teacher or supervisor and actively participate in assigned tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information encountered in school settings
• Sign in upon arrival, maintain consistent attendance, and report any absences in advance
• Check in with supervisors, ask for daily tasks, and be proactive in completing responsibilities

Student Support Specialist
