About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school.
Train Support Staff on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).

What you’ll need

**QUALIFICIATIONS:***
BCBA with PA Behavior Specialist License (OR)
Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program AND PA License in one of the following: Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Social Worker, Behavior Specialist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner:
AND At least 12 credits in ABA from a college/university and 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA
OR At least 1 year of full-time experience in the provision of ABA under the supervision of a BCBA or similar certification and 40 hours of training in ABA.

PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance

TB screening - current within 3 months
