Prospect and build a pipeline via outbound calling, inbound calls, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and communicating value in a consultative manner
Qualify sales leads, allocate as appropriate with the Dealer Sales Executive and Pinnacle RBM team
Consistently log and record every outreach attempt made in Salesforce
Maintains and ensures the accuracy of account information held in Salesforce
Champion marketing initiatives and work thoughtfully towards accomplishing corporate objectives
Responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets in terms of both revenue and units
Provides world-class customer service and shares accountability for collections with the Collections/Customer Care team.
Requirements
High School Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success
Ability to quickly grasp concepts in a fast-paced sales environment
Must be adaptable, coachable, professional, motivated, and courteous
Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting is a must
Knowledge of supply chain: OE Dealers, aftermarket suppliers, and on-hand suppliers preferred
The ability to work normal business hours in the territory assigned is required
Understanding of the sales cycle with the ability to close smaller deals
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Salesforce is a big plus
Self-starter with great follow-through and capable of multi-tasking
