About the role
- Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues, ensuring a prompt resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and guiding clients through product features and services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2 level)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment)
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and office software
