About the role
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance
- Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Maintain excellent communication standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Work in a rotating schedule to ensure service coverage Monday to Sunday
- On-site role based in Lisbon with relocation support offered
Requirements
- Native Irish English speaker OR non Native with C1/C2 level of English
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service or Banking/Financial Services/Insurance in Ireland
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Ability to work rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday, 24/7 operations, rotative shifts)
