About the role
- Initiate all approvals as per the process
- documentation and customer creation
- Job booking and issuing PI
- Job release, create PR and process b2b orders
- Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer
- Take delivery approval as per the process
- Prepare documents required along with the deliveries
- Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning
- Get signed DO and invoice the job
- Update forecast file
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0-2 years experience
- experience in sales coordinator, preferably HVAC industry
- Excel Knowledge
- SAP knowledge preferable
- Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills
- This role is only for Emirati candidates
