About the role
- Develop new business relationships with end-user clients
- Communication with end-user decision-makers including C-Level executives, VP of Operations, Directors of Facilities and Engineering professionals
- Responsible to maintain/expand client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers in the healthcare vertical
- Partner with field sales and service team members
- Create and implement strategic sales strategies
- Manage current Carrier GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) relationships
- Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecast reports and sales updates
- Actively participate in sales department meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in HVAC System Solution Sales
- 5+ years’ experience reviewing contracts and negotiating bids
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years of Healthcare Construction experience
- Experience with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations)
- High level of technical and sales expertise
- Related professional certifications preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
