About the role

  • Design and oversee ABA treatment programs
  • Continuously evaluate client needs and provide parent education and consultation
  • Conduct behavior assessments according to needs of the client
  • Design Treatment Plans of Care
  • Design measurement and data collection systems
  • Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB (~20% oversight or more if requisite)
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment plans effectively
  • Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings and monthly off-site Client Outcomes review
  • Conduct family training
  • Billing and documentation for all clinical activities, same day as activity
  • Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed
  • Problem-solve to help each client reach his or her potential

Requirements

  • 1 plus years experience in ABA preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • Experience with ASD, highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a background and reference check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for pursuing excellence in Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience as an inspirational leader
  • Strong ability to design and achieve project-based goals and deadlines
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Remains calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Comfortable with change, flexible and able to adapt to situations
