About the role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA – Texas ABA Centers (Full Time, Plano, TX)
- Relocation package up to $15K; student-loan repayment/forgiveness options
- Lower-than-average billable hours (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)

- What You'll Do: design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.)
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly and perform other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- LBA Preferred (before starting services)
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
