About the role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA – Full Time position in Richmond, VA
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates; willing to supervise certification-seeking staff weekly
- Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)

Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
