About the role

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA – Full Time position in Richmond, VA
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates; willing to supervise certification-seeking staff weekly
  • Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)

Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
