About the role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role at ABA Centers of America
- Full-time position based in Leominster, MA (also Bedford, NH)
- Relocation package up to $15K and student loan forgiveness up to $24K
- Lower-than-average billable hours (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments (preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs-in-training

Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness and ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
