About the role
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified client referrals
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, rehab centers, and other local organizations
- Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking groups
- Work closely with office staff and caregivers to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences
- Advocate for clients' needs and ensure high-quality care at every stage
- Track referral activity in CRM and consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral goals
- Adjust outreach strategies based on tracked results to drive growth and success
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outreach (ideally within home care, healthcare, or senior services)
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Knowledge of senior care services (prior experience a plus)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the service area
