About the role
- Provide one-on-one coaching to franchise owners to enhance their sales performance and business acumen.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on consultative selling, relationship-based sales, and lead conversion.
- Serve as a mentor and guide to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
- Collaborate with franchise teams to develop localized sales strategies tailored to their unique markets.
- Support lead generation and client acquisition through training and marketing alignment.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong, trusted relationships that reflect Caring Senior Service’s mission and values.
- Ensure consistency in brand, sales messaging, and client experience across the network.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing, sales coaching, business development, or franchise support within the healthcare industry is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to travel frequently (60+ days per year) to support franchise locations across the country.
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple coaching relationships.
