About the role
- Track-trace and input data into daily operations systems
- Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for Air Operations team
- Follow up claim case with airlines
- Generate report and follow up with Air Operations team
- Issue invoices to corresponding parties
- Arrange export declaration and custom clearance if necessary
- Handle filing of business cases
- Maintain data accuracy in company system, including data of customers, partners and service providers
Requirements
- DSE or above
- Prefer to have 2-3 years experience in freight forwarder industry
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Excellent in organization, communication and negotiation
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & detail-minded
- Immediate available is preferred.
