Adheres to the Company’s quality and regulatory compliance requirements
Participate in all aspects of customer order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email or chat
Provide customers with quotes that include stock availability, pricing & ETA’s
Issue RMAs for Damaged, Lost or Miss-Shipments
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy & efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to escalate or resolve complex issues
Coordinate NDT orders, shipping, etc. with appropriate warehouse personnel
Primary administrator for all domestic and foreign orders for NDT Business
Manage the billing process for South America, Latin America & Chemistry Customers
Create TAS orders for White Mountain customers
Record documentation, update and catalog all Customer Service procedures
Participate in a bi-weekly NDT Staff meeting to help manage backorders
Process all NDT FOC orders (Domestic and Foreign)
Assist the organization in data collection and report preparation
Perform special projects, tasks and studies as may be requested by management
Requirements
High School Graduate
3-5 years of Office experience & CSR experience
Knowledge of SAP required; advanced SAP procedures knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills & the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Desire to work as a team player while demonstrating a positive attitude to customers / coworkers
Physical requirements: sit 75-100% of work time; use hands/fingers to manipulate items up to 100% of work time; stand, talk, and hear for 75% of work time; lift/carry up to 10 pounds up to 20% of work time; close vision at twenty inches or less
Travel: No regular travel required; up to 10% travel may be required for training purposes
Willingness to comply with vaccine/testing/credentialing requirements as applicable
