About the role
- Participate in face-to-face and remote selling to new and existing customers
- Sell directly or indirectly through various sales channels
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions
- Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals
- Participate in product demonstrations
- Identify and contact prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
- Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Follow market and competition evolution and pass information to senior staff
- Handle basic customer issues under direct supervision and escalate more complex issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
