About the role
- Proactively engage with prospective customers through outbound calls
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and tailor conversations
- Guide prospects through the sign-up process and resolve objections
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs
- Identify upsell or cross-sell options
- Maintain high productivity and time on queue
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of offerings, promotions, and campaigns
- Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes
Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A results-driven, goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs in a sales environment
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is highly desirable
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems, dialers, and other sales tools
