About the role
- Lead development of global growth centre of excellence to partner with local GMs to accelerate P&L growth
- Build and mature performance, lifecycle, and marketplace marketing capabilities
- Embed a culture of experimentation and ensure growth initiatives have measurable ROI
- Oversee squads of channel owners across paid media, CRM, and emerging growth platforms
- Guide roadmaps and create global frameworks, playbooks, and resources for local markets
- Identify and test new growth tactics leveraging trends and data-driven insights
- Align global efforts with business objectives, product and brand leaders
- Advise finance and marketing on budget guardrails and resource allocation
- Coach channel owners and scale experimentation frameworks
Requirements
- Deep expertise in performance and lifecycle marketing
- Experience building global growth engines
- Experience leading performance and lifecycle marketing at scale
- Strong experimentation and data-driven approach
- Ability to partner with local GMs and P&L owners
- Experience managing squads of channel owners (paid media, CRM, marketplaces)
- Ability to create global frameworks, playbooks, and resources
- Comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution
