About the role
- Conduct high-level analyses of revenue, cost of sales, client margins, SG&A expenses and various system data for historical trends, present operations and future projections
- Develop familiarity with and update the projection model; update metrics needed for accurate and timely projections including revenue, sales and labor by client
- Create financial models, prepare projections and perform research and analysis on all aspects of finance and operations
- Meet with the VP of Finance to develop project plans and communicate status
- Reconcile financial discrepancies, recommend financial action, and assist with budgeting processes
- Use internal software and BI (Ultimate Software) to design and maintain user reports and provide departmental budget and actual data and related analyses
- May develop, install, and maintain accounting systems controlling GL, reporting, receivables, and expenditures
- Perform administrative tasks to support above functions, maintain confidentiality, and complete other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
- ELIGIBILITY: FILIPINO CITIZEN
- SCHEDULE: 9PM - 6AM, M-F
- OFFICE LOCATION: CIRCUIT MAKATI
- SET UP: REMOTE (w/ possibility of reporting on-site once a month)
- Strong, proven excel skills to create complex analyses
- Strong accounting skills related to the GL/Financial statements and reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience of at least 4 years of progressive duties
- Ability to interpret business transactions and journalize properly
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Recommend financial action based on accounting options
- Assist with budgeting processes which may include information gathering, analysis and reporting from a variety of systems
- Become a subject matter expert on Business Intelligence (BI) in Ultimate Software (training provided)
- Design and maintain user reports in BI
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Expert Level Excel
- Completion of assessments may be required and must be done independently
