Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Conduct outbound lead generation, cold calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate leads with determination to stay on track and follow up routinely with prospective customers.
Coordinate and participate in introductory meetings between feedstock suppliers and the Sales Team.
Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other members of the Sales Team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in sales training and continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the wastewater industry is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in direct sales or similar position.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
