- Lead onboarding → time‑to‑value → adoption to reduce churn and increase NRR.
- Build Customer Success playbooks for PLG and enterprise accounts.
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account expansions.
- Partner with Product on feedback loops and with Ops on escalations.
Requirements
- Owned churn/NRR and moved the metric materially.
- Built CS playbooks across SMB and enterprise at scale.
- Reduced onboarding TTV with measurable outcomes.
- Exec‑level renewal/QBR experience with DSOs/enterprise labs.
