About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact and manage a book of assigned LifeMart client accounts
- Work in lockstep with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to manage and grow client portfolio
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities, workflow documentation, and guided strategy development for assigned accounts
- Support Director of Strategic Partnerships with daily tasks and workflows for top-tier enterprise clients
- Liaise between account management, client implementation, engineering, and customer support teams to drive success
- Perform regular client reviews to optimize placement and identify growth opportunities
- Launch new clients and provide ongoing quality assurance using online tools and systems
- Provide key support for day-to-day operations of select enterprise accounts
- Be camera-on for meetings and use independent judgment and organizational skills to optimize accounts
- Soft-sell to accounts via recommendations and planning; contribute to growth within accounts
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of professional work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or account support role
- A basic understanding of online marketing
- Ability to quickly learn and master online systems and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask
- Sharp eye for detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to support a fast moving, small, dedicated team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must permanently reside within the United States for the duration of their employment
