About the role

  • Serve as primary point of contact and manage a book of assigned LifeMart client accounts
  • Work in lockstep with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to manage and grow client portfolio
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities, workflow documentation, and guided strategy development for assigned accounts
  • Support Director of Strategic Partnerships with daily tasks and workflows for top-tier enterprise clients
  • Liaise between account management, client implementation, engineering, and customer support teams to drive success
  • Perform regular client reviews to optimize placement and identify growth opportunities
  • Launch new clients and provide ongoing quality assurance using online tools and systems
  • Provide key support for day-to-day operations of select enterprise accounts
  • Be camera-on for meetings and use independent judgment and organizational skills to optimize accounts
  • Soft-sell to accounts via recommendations and planning; contribute to growth within accounts

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of professional work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or account support role
  • A basic understanding of online marketing
  • Ability to quickly learn and master online systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to multitask
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and proofreading skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to support a fast moving, small, dedicated team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must permanently reside within the United States for the duration of their employment
