About the role

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing automation campaigns partnering with brand and content teams
  • Manage and oversee marketing events/campaigns ensuring alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and editorial strategy
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and email A/B tests; manage testing calendar and advise on improvements
  • Partner with SEO, paid media, marketing database, content strategy, and website development/optimization teams
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to improve lead conversions
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners
  • Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive message and content personalization
  • Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan, identify strategic weaknesses, and recommend improvements
  • Support field sales through the execution of email marketing programs
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing automation and analytics to promote the CAPTRUST brand and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years of B2B marketing communications experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience in business and technical writing
  • Experience in data analysis and market research
  • Project management experience
  • Background in investments, wealth management, or finance is a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions
  • Familiarity with project management and social media tools like Asana and Oktopost is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and other reporting platforms or ability to learn new marketing technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Experience with email A/B testing and testing calendar management
  • Ability to use customer data and web-behavior to drive personalization
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Superior written communication skills and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintains extreme attention to detail, organized, accountable, coachable, and desire to learn
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, work well in deadline-driven and stressful situations, and manage multiple simultaneous projects
