About the role
- Build and execute the pipeline generation strategy
- Own performance across digital, field, and partner channels
- Drive campaign strategy and execution, in collaboration with Sales
- Manage marketing operations, systems, and reporting
- Own budget, ROI analysis, and channel optimization
- Lead and grow a team of marketers across functions
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure tight GTM alignment
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience in demand gen or growth, ideally at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven success generating pipeline, including experience with a field-heavy GTM
- Experience across digital (paid, SEO, website), events, and marketing ops
- Ability to be both lead a small team and execute programs themselves
- Strong analytical and operational skills
- Creative mindset with ability to experiment and execute quickly
- Track record of building programs and teams from scratch
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
