• Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources and platforms, ensuring it’s actionable and supports key decision-making processes. Provide data insights that inform strategic initiatives across departments.
• Lead regular audits and quality assessments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data, promptly addressing discrepancies and instituting corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Manage complex data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow from external partners and systems into Spark’s infrastructure.
• Spearhead the design and execution of scalable data processing solutions to meet the growing demands of a rapidly expanding organization.
• Serve as the go-to expert for internal tools, providing advanced guidance and support to teams on best practices for system usage, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Lead the creation, editing, and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster cross-functional understanding and alignment through clear, concise communication.
