• Own the product vision and roadmap for Spark’s internal systems that manage broker payments, data flows, and operational automation.
• Simplify complexity. Build a clear understanding of our end-to-end workflows — how data moves, where it breaks, and how to make it resilient. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Ops, Data, Finance, and Compliance to align on priorities and design scalable systems.
• Drive measurable outcomes, such as reducing manual touches, accelerating payment cycles, and improving data accuracy.

• Build & Scale the Function: Design and grow Spark’s recruiting organization to deliver against ambitious hiring goals across technical, non-technical, and executive roles.

• Create and own Company forecast budget model for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
