Manager

• Serve as the customer’s advisor and advocate aligning a variety of stakeholders and seek to achieve the customer’s desired outcomes around inventory control, patient safety & satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance and KPI’s.
• Perform and support preventive maintenance activities, including coordinating completion, tracking service tickets and maintenance history, documenting incidents, and maintaining accurate system records.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues as a first line of support onsite.
• Provide remote support to customers after hours as needed; On-call availability for emergencies for two separate weeks out of the year (5:00 pm - 8:00 am).
• Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontracted vendors to resolve system/component issues.
• Monitor dispensing and operator activities, communicating common issues to the customer’s central fill leadership technology team.
• Assist in conducting firmware updates to system components, when needed.
• Advise customers on system performance, enhancements, and strategies to prevent operational risks.
• Report information to Capsa Healthcare on system operational performance.

Onsite Systems Manager – CFMO Service

• Serve as the accountable onsite leader for all installation activities of the central fill automation system, from equipment delivery through operational acceptance and sign-off.
• Own the site survey and readiness assessment, working with the Site Installation Lead to confirm the facility is prepared for installation.
• Own facility and utilities preparation, verifying power, cooling, and network provisions meet system requirements prior to and during installation.
• Own safety, permits, and EHS compliance for all onsite work, enforcing customer facility protocols and construction/infection control policies applicable to hospital and pharmacy environments.
• Accountable for goods receipt and inbound damage inspection of all delivered equipment; support inventory verification against packing lists with the Site Installation Lead.

• Manage the full-cycle accounting for organizational projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual expenditures against project plans.
• Partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the CFMO team to provide financial oversight, guidance, and strategic analysis for Pharmacy Automation related projects.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and professional development support to a more junior staff accountant within the finance team.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition across complex project lines in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., percentage-of-completion method) and internal Capsa Healthcare policies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly project performance reports, highlighting budget variances, profitability trends, and risks to support executive decision-making.
• Develop, refine, and modernize project accounting processes to increase accuracy and scalability, including optimizing data flow within internal ERP and HRIS environments.
• Ensure all project-related financial transactions are meticulously documented, compliant with corporate policies, and fully prepared for internal and external audits.
• Cooperatively provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed.

Project Accounting Manager

• Develop and execute selling plans to drive sales and achieve revenue targets within your health system market territory.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within health systems to understand their needs and pain points, namely Supply Chain, Pharmacy, IT and Nursing executives/clinicians.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers within the health system industry and your assigned territory.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Participate in negotiations for long-term contracts with health systems, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Manage your sales territory expense budget for the health system market.
• Manage and keep up to date the Salesforce database to include opportunity detail, forecast, and pipeline data.
• Travel as required to health system customers, joint sales calls with colleagues, and tradeshows both domestic and international; travel may be up to 50%.
