Leverage deep expertise in product design across interaction, visual and service design
Use tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems to create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills factoring in data, research insights, scalability, tech constraints and feedback
Understand and apply business and customer strategy; facilitate design process activities; negotiate customer needs and business goals
Build understanding of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work and identify opportunities
Foster relationships with partners; collaborate across functions to influence outcomes and gain alignment
Present work to audiences across levels using design frameworks, data and research insights to articulate insights and design decisions
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience working with an established design system
Preferred: Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
